Update on Lodging:
Tanana – working on making contact with appropriate person. Have left several messages and Billy Honea is a great assistant!
Galena – same as above.
Ruby – Mike Day is the principal of the school that you’ll be staying at and has said the baseball field is the dog lot and will require you to remove the waste and straw to another location after the dogs have been hooked back up. The cost for use of the school is $1,000 total for the group (or $72/person). The kids are also offering you breakfast of Biscuits and Gravy for $10/plate (large servings) to help them earn $$ for a project or trip they’re fundraising for. Mike Day will be the person who will receive your straw and drop bags. So whoever is handling that let me know and I’ll give Mike the info as soon as we’re ready.
Nulato – working on making contact with appropriate person. Have left several messages and again Billy Honea is awesome in helping get the best contacts and numbers and he contacts the people too.

** It is looking like schools across the interior will be approximately the same as the schools on the coast and we should budget for $70 to $75 per person. ALL should bring cash for any meals offered by the village kiddos etc.

I will post my notes to date by Monday night regarding all village info from Nenana to Old Woman Cabin, Stephanie at that time – maybe you could add your notes as well and we can create a fluid document.
