Now that I think about it, I think that food should be a personal choice on this trip. Having traveled on many trips with groups of people it is very difficult to make sure everyone is happy with meal choices, especially with food allergies, diet restrictions etc. I think it is just better for everyone to be responsible for their own.

I will be using Adventure Appetites. They are based here in Anchorage and much better than the Mountain House-type meals.
