Which two tasks did you want to be assigned?

The trip will only be canceled for lack of snow/weather. Our number one priority is to make it a go. It will be up to the individual lodges/communities if they want to return money paid in the event that we have to cancel. I do know I have booked many accommodations from bunkhouses in the middle of nowhere to fancy hotels over the years and almost always it has been non-refundable.

Also this is not a race where you pay an entry fee and if it is cancelled it is returned. For example we will have to buy 100s of trail makers, possibly renting Arctic Oven tents, fuel, oil, etc. We do not have insurance to cover losses in case of cancellation. If we were to purchase that I am sure it would be quite costly and have to be passed down to all members of the trip.

I sent out an email this morning addressing the drop bags.
