Walk her around it by starting at the base of the stairs walk towards the driveway and at the corner of the house go right leading yourself to the end of the house where the driveway kinda starts, then walk her along the grass/driveway line. Making some stops along the way to ask her to sit, look, and reminding yourself to praise her. As you approach and walk past the water feature, act like nothing is any different, keep her attention on you as you continue to meander back and forth up and down the driveway slowly getting closer to the water feature.

Also, don’t avoid working her out when the sprinklers come on! Those can be scary especially when air is in the lines and they make popping noises.

Take some treats along and if she tugs away or gets nervous walk in a different direction, but not to completely remove her from the area, just a short trek away.
