Thank you. I am emailing with Pat Moore who has been gracious enough to assist me in contacting the Tribe when they return on Monday from the Conference they are attending. Things have changed there and the Tribe wants everything going through them first – they will correspond with the school (something about recognition). Once I get the contact I will probe Pat about straw possibilities. He did say the road is in between Manley and Tanana.
