Everyone,

I received the email from Kathleen this morning at 5:30am. So everyone is on the same page… THERE HAS BEEN A SCHEDULED POSTED TO THIS PORTAL SINCE IT WAS DESIGNED FOR THE GROUP. It’s on your dashboard. It’s also on the post above from me with the lodging information.

It is important that at this time we adhere to this schedule due to Stephanie and I making community contacts and reservations (so to speak).

If anyone feels there needs to be changes made to the schedule that should not be something that one individual does without checking with our leaders. Robert, Phil and Stephanie.

While we appreciate everyone’s insight and abilities these things have already been discussed in great detail and have been shared on the portal with you in several ways. Become familiar with Portal. Read, actually read the posts from others before assuming something has not been done.

We are all capable of performing the tasks we have volunteered to do.
